CDNA Update - Autumn 2021 Season

TRAINING COURT ALLOCATIONS

The training court allocation roster is filling up very quickly. Thank you to everyone who started to send through their requests as soon as I mentioned it at the end of last year and that have been sending it through over the last week or so too. I’m still waiting for one or two clubs to send through their requests and I will of course do what I can to help with the spots that are left. I will confirm everything with you all asap.

TEAM ENTRIES

Just a reminder that all teams are due to be entered into MyNetball (or via the individual team entries for the single entity teams) by next Friday 22^nd January. Please ensure all teams are complete with all players and any notes to add to grading requests too.

PRE-SEASON ROUND ROBIN

Don’t forget we’re offering the Pre-Season Round Robin to everyone as a chance to warm up and remember what it feels like to be back out on our netball courts together. It’s not compulsory but we’d of course love to see as many of you out there as possible! We just need to hear from you with who you want to enter and then we will organise the invoice of $50 per team after that.

DEVELOPMENT COACH ACCREDITATION COURSE

We still have a few spots left in the Development Coach Accreditation course that we as an Association are offering to pay for your coaches to do on Sunday 7^th February. If you have any coaches who have done their Foundation Course online (a pre-requisite) and would like to go to the next level of accreditation, please let me know their names asap and we can add them to the list.

DELEGATES MEETING

Don’t forget to lock the compulsory Delegates meeting into your diary for Tuesday 9^th February at 7pm. This will be an important meeting for all club/team delegates to attend.

EMERGING TALENT ACADEMY

Please pass onto all of your members aged between 11-15 the opportunity to attend the screening for the CDNA Emerging Talent Academy, run by Inspire Netball Group. It is aimed at players who are not in our Rep program and will run over the whole of this year. It’s an awesome opportunity for everyone. The flyer is attached.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY CLINICS

Inspire Netball Group are holding a clinic on Thursday 21^st January for 7-11 year olds and 12-16 year olds. Very experienced coaches with great knowledge to pass onto everyone!! Please pass this opportunity onto your members.
