❑ President - The President is primarily
responsible for ensuring the club sets and meets its goals and objectives, is administered according to the Club Rules and completes all
legal and compliance obligations.
❑ Vice President - Carry
out the duties of the President when required.
❑ Secretary - The Secretary is responsible for all
general club correspondence, responding to any correspondence as required. They are the club's point of contact for key stakeholders
including, local council, local association and peak sports bodies and in the absence of a Social Media/WebMaster, Oversee and
co-ordinate the club’s communication strategy, including its website, email newsletters and social media.
❑ Treasurer - is responsible for managing the
financial affairs of the club. They must ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in the club’s accounts and also produce
the club’s financial reports for presentation to the committee and the members at the AGM.
❑ Registrations Officer - is
generally the club’s nominated representative for the purposes of complying with the CDNA Registrations requirements and the key
responsibilities of the Registrations Officer are to understand the Club Rules, CDNA By Laws, Policies and Procedures and ensure the teams
are run according to these core requirements at all times.
❑ Uniforms Coordinator - The
clothing, apparel and merchandise coordinator is responsible for the procurement, stock management and sales of all clothing, apparel and
merchandise sold by the club.
❑ Equipment Coordinator - The
equipment coordinator is responsible for the procurement, stock management and purchase of all equipment provided to teams by the club.
❑ General Committee
Attending and actively participating and contributing in committee meetings is a core function of a general committee member. The role
of a general committee member is to provide support to the President, Secretary and other Committee members to ensure the club sets and
meets its goals and objectives, is administered according to the Club Rules.
❑ Team Manager - Team Managers have an
extremely important role ensuring the successful management of the team and welfare of the players in their care. Team Managers are
responsible for the successful running of their team, complying with Association Rules & By-Laws, recruitment and approval of team
members and team coach within the guidelines of the Club Rules and with assistance of the Executive of the current St Anthony’s Glenhuntly
Netball Committee.
